Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for a refund for online orders only. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 14 days for us to receive the return. Exchanges can be made in person at our store within 28 days of receiving your item. 

Items purchased in store are exempt from refunds and are subject for exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

Buyer must pay to post returns & the refund will be processed on receipt of the goods and may take up to 10 working days.

*No return or exchange on earrings (due to hygine reasons), personalised items & bespoke or custom pieces and sizes.
